Description [0001] The present invention relates to a sales package made of a sales package and a filling of potatoes or onions.
Potatoes and onions are usually packaged in mesh bags sold as small containers between 1 kg and 5 kg. As an alternative to mesh bags, plastic bags or paper bags with air holes are also sometimes used.
However, the packaging used so far have disadvantages in terms of protection of the potatoes or onions, the transport and the product presentation.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide an improved sales container from a sales package and a filling of potatoes and / or onions.
This object is achieved by a sales container according to claim 1.
The sales container according to the invention consists of a sales package and a filling of potatoes or onions, the sales package being designed as a folding box.
The use of such a carton has a number of advantages over a traditional mesh bag: - protection of potatoes / onions from mechanical damage [0009] - light protection [0010] - evaporation protection [0011] - temperature protection with temperature fluctuations, especially during transport - no pollution in the environment in comparison to conventional mesh bags - easy stacking, advantages during transport - large advertising or information area on the walls of the sales packaging - cleaning of the filling material in the processing can be dispensed with - simplified removal of the potatoes or onions - Reusability of the carton box Advantageously, the retail carton pack is designed as a closed carton, ie. H. the interior of the carton is bounded on all sides by walls of the carton.
The carton according to the invention may for example be made of cardboard and / or cardboard. Particularly preferably, the carton is made of corrugated cardboard. Die¬ses material gives the carton a high stability and protects the potatoes or Zwie¬beln optimal.
In a preferred embodiment, the carton has a fold-out shed. As a result, the sales packaging can simultaneously be used as a storage box, from which the potatoes or onions can be easily removed from the opened chute.
Advantageously, the chute on a fold-front and side tabs, which are inserted when folding the chute in the interior of the carton.Beim opening the chute slip so that the potatoes or onions in the area of Schüt¬te, but are of a front and the side tabs prevented from falling out. The potatoes or onions can be easily removed from the opening area of the chute.
Advantageously, the chute is arranged on the carton so that it can be folded out only to a - predetermined by the design - angle.
Advantageously, the tabs in this case have a projection which comes when unfolding the chute with a wall portion of the carton in contact and prevents weite¬res unfolding the chute.
The lateral tabs may in particular have a part-circular upper Schnittli¬nie, at the end of a projection is arranged. With the part-circular cut edge, the tabs can be moved under a wall section, while the projection serves as a stop and secures the chute in a maximum Ausklappposition. Instead of a part-circular section line but any other shapes are conceivable.
Advantageously, the chute according to the invention comprises a portion of a Wand¬ section of the carton. Advantageously, the chute thus does not form an entire wall of the folding box, but only a part of this wall. In particular, the Schüttedabei form a lower portion of a front side of the carton. When potatoes or onions are removed, further potatoes or onions from the upper, closed section of the folding box slip into the area of the chute.
Furthermore, it can be provided according to the invention that the chute engages in its closed position with an upper edge portion of its front side slightly below a ande¬ren wall portion of the carton. As a result, the chute is first secured in its closed position, which requires a certain amount of force to open the Schüt¬te first time.
Furthermore, the chute can be covered in the closed state by a detachable Wand¬bereich, which serves as a fresh seal. After disconnecting the detachable wall area, the underlying chute is then accessible and can be opened.
Next, the carton according to the invention may have a resealable Wandbe¬reich. This allows easy refilling of the carton, which at the same time can serve as a more durable storage package. Furthermore, it can be provided according to the invention that the carton has a Frontsei¬te with a perforation, wherein the perforation divides the front into two areas. This allows a functional separation of the two areas of the front. Advantageously, the front side is connected via a fold with a side wall in connection.
Advantageously, the perforation extends from a connecting line with the Seiten¬wand to the opposite free edge of the front page. In particular, the perforation can separate the front side into an upper and a lower area.
In a preferred embodiment, the first region of the front side communicates via a fold with a side wall of the carton, while the second region communicates with the side wall via a perforation.
In particular, the first area may serve as a reclosable folding section. Alternatively or additionally, the second region may form a removable seal wall serving as a freshness seal.
Further advantageously, the perforation line between the first and the second wall portion of the front side in a partial region is designed as a cutting line, wherein the
Portion advantageously serves as opening tab. The subregion of the perforation, which is designed as a cutting line, can serve in particular as an opening tab for removing the detachable wall region.
Advantageously, the area of the opening tab continues to serve as an engagement opening after the separation of the detachable wall area, which allows a grip behind the chute. The engaging behind allows a simple unfolding of the chute.
Preferably, the carton according to the invention has ventilation openings. These serve the optimum air and moisture exchange.
Advantageously, the ventilation openings are designed as recesses of one or more of the wall portions of the carton. If appropriate, the openings can pass through all the material layers where the wall regions of the folding box are formed by two or more layers of material folded over one another. Advantageously, the punched holes serve to inspect the box for testing the filling material.
In a particularly preferred embodiment, the recesses are in the form of potatoes or onions. Thus, the recesses already signal by their form what content can be found in the cartons.
The cartons are preferably printed on one or more of their outer sides. Particularly preferred is at least the front side printed.
The sales container according to the invention is preferably filled with not repacked potatoes or onions.
Furthermore, unwashed potatoes can be used according to the invention, since no dirt can trickle through the closed packaging.
Preferably, the sales containers according to the invention have a filling weight between half a kilogram and ten kilograms, in particular a filling weight between one kilogram and five kilograms.
In embodiments in which the carton contains potatoes, in particular the following fill weights can be used: 1.5 kilograms, 2.5 kilograms, 3.5 kilograms, 5 kilograms.
In embodiments in which the carton is filled with onions, in particular the following fill weights can be used: 1 kilogram, 2 kilograms, 3 kilograms, 5 kilograms.
Of course, however, other graduations are possible.
Particularly preferred folding carton according to the invention is cuboid. The folding box can in particular aufwei¬ sen four side walls with upper and lower flaps, wherein the lower flaps form the bottom when folding and the upper loops advantageously form a chute and / or a front page.
Advantageously, the tab arranged on the lower side surface forms a chute, which can be unfolded. The front side is further advantageously formed by a tab which is arranged on one of the two lateral surfaces adjacent to the underside. Advantageously, the front side can be secured by a Befesti¬gungslasche on the opposite side to close the carton. The front side advantageously covers the entire front surface of the Faltschach¬tel and has a separable region which covers the chute.
The tab, which is arranged on the opposite lateral side surface, advantageously saves the area of the chute and comes to rest in the folded state under the front side. In the region of the fold of this tab, an incision can be provided in which a fastening tab of the front side can be inserted.
Advantageously, the chute is designed so that it is arranged with its upper Rand¬abschnitt slightly below the lower edge of the non-detachable wall portion of the front side, and is thereby secured after removal of the detachable wall portion initially on the front side.
According to the invention, the walls of the parallelepiped carton can have, for example, a width and a length of between 8 cm and 80 cm.
More preferably, the height of the front side is between 15 cm and 50 cm, the width between 10 cm and 40 cm and the depth of the folding box between 10 cm and 30 cm.
In addition to a single retail package, the present invention further includes a set of a plurality of retail packages as detailed above.
The sales containers according to the invention can be stacked particularly easily by the use of a folding box as sales packaging. More preferably, the set comprises a pallet on which a plurality of sale packages are stacked. For transport, the sales containers can be secured to one another and / or to the pallet, for example, by wrapping them with plastic foil.
